INSHAAT by Kiral Yapi works closely with your management team to understand your business requirement and vision. We undertake an in-depth study of your existing workplace so that we can fully understand the brief and create proposed solutions for better ways of working.

Space planning and budgets

Once our clients have decided on the project, we help space plan and do a test fit. At this stage we can see if our proposal suits clients needs. No two projects of the same size are alike and not all will meet clients needs we will coordinate till full satisfaction we will also prepare 3D renders to show the 2D plans come to life. Once a project survey has been carried out and the drawings have been signed off we can give detailed budgetary information.

Our work covers the following fields, furniture selection and fabrics, chandeliers, paintings, carpets, curtains and accessories. All parts of the FF&E are detailed seperatly for the fabrication process.

Hand-over and Post-occupancy Support

We will continue to provide the support you need making sure of onsite training as and where necessary. We will ensure the Operation and Management (O & M) are present upon handover of your project. We will also deal with planned maintenance to everyday churn and top up orders. Long-term customer focus is key to our success. Our aim is to continue our partnership with you long after the design and build process is complete.

Steel Artworks

Our products reflect the experience of skilled artisans and the creativity of  experienced designers. Our pieces depict floral or natural motifs, engraved using traditional carving techniques. They are delicate, elegant and eclectic, displaying a clearly neoclassical influence through curved lines and distinct silhouettes. Even though you can choose from a wide variety of finishes, we recommend adding an aging effect to your favorite color to get the full classical experience.
